PostSubject: Industrial Tribunal Hearing Monday 26th November 2007   Industrial Tribunal Hearing Monday 26th November 2007 EmptySun Mar 16, 2008 8:53 pm

1 of 31 witness of the former manager of Dr Giraldi Home in the tribunal, Joanna Hernandez will be allowed to give evidence, the hearing will continue this Friday 30th November, 2007.

A 3 hour hearing where Mr. Bossano presented a list of witnesses, most of them servile servants, Mr. Bossano told he thought they should be called upon to give evidence in the industrial tribunal.

Mr. Bossano called for 3 school teachers to give evidence, as they can demonstrate Mrs. Joanna Hernandez competence, as Mrs. Hernandez dismissal by the social services agency was due to her incompetence. Chairman Isaac Massias stated that only one of the witnesses could be called and that Mr. Bossano could choose which one.

The members of the tribunal now on Friday 30th November, 2007 will have to go though 28 witness where they will decide whether they can give witness or not.
